Speedy Pan Pizza (Be-Ro cookbook) 225g selfraising flour 5 tbsp olive oil 6 tbsp water salt, pepper basil tomatopuree cheese pizza toppings mix flour, herbs, spices make a well in the middle add 3 tbsp of olive oil and 6 tbsp water into the well stir with a round bladed knife add more water if necessary to make the large crumbs stick together roll out into a circle heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan add the pizza base, cook for 5mins turn the base over onto an oiled plate heat 1 tbsp oil put pizza back, add tomatopuree, half the cheese, toppings, rest of the cheese cook for 5 mins put frying pan with pizza under grill for 3min or until cheese has melted enjoy!
